Working with Notifications

After exporting a report or story, you are notified via the notification icon if the report or Story is ready for download. Unify also notifies you when an author of a desk chooses the notify option when the Desk is shared with you.

• When exporting a report or story in a desk is complete
• When an Author shares a desk

1. Click the Notifications icon to display the list of messages or downloads.

2. You can perform the following tasks with the Notification alert:

• View messages sent to you – Click a message in the list to view the details. For more information, refer to Working with Messages in Notification.
• Download Stories/Reports – Click a story/report name to navigate to the Downloads page. For more information, refer to Downloading Reports and Stories from Notification.
• or click View All to view the detailed list of messages, downloaded story/report.

3. Click Close to close Notification Alert.
